  • “Brett & Shailey have been a wonderful support to my family over the years. They consistently walked with us as our family went through a series of traumatic events. In a world where consistency feels like a lost art in relationship, these two know how to stay engaged & walk the distance with people. In fact, the thing that has impressed me most about them is their long term commitment to the relationships in their life (keeping long lasting friends, raising leaders in a healthy way, stewarding a safe place to grow for their students & their own children). It’s a privilege to know them, and to learn from their marriage, parenting, and pastoral leadership. Couldn’t recommend working with them enough!”

  • “Brett and Shailey Ratliff have been a source of wisdom, grace and strength in one of the most challenging seasons of parenting to date.  They have equipped me with practical tools and a new way of looking at my relationships.  They have held space for me and made a safe space for me to process, work through my mindset and generational parenting habits.  I’ve emerged a more confident and secure version of myself.  I would recommend Brett and Shailey Ratliff.  They are amazing coaches!”

  • “I had the pleasure of working under & alongside Brett & Shailey during my time as a youth leader at Grace Center Church in Keep it Real. They championed me in ideas/visions I had about a high school ministry I wanted to help start & kept it going after I stepped out of leadership there. Even off the team, the Ratliff’s kept up with my life & pastored & mentored me through some hard experiences I was going through with such grace. They believed in me despite some of the circumstances & never once turned away when it was hard. They are the kind of people to dig deep & get in the dirt with people. They live their lives in truth out loud & inspire me to on a daily basis.”
